Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We currently offer FREE (USPS) Ground Shipping. All packages will ship with a USPS tracking number.
Items are shipped from our store in Pacific Beach, WA within 2-3 business days of purchase except over holidays. Upon shipment you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and your tracking number.
Magnolias Online Return Policy:
- Online purchase returns are accepted within 14 days of the received shipment date.
- All items must be returned to Magnolias in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free condition with original tags securely attached.
- Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox; Note, please pack the shoebox inside another box so the original shoebox returns to Magnolias undamaged and postage-free. If footwear is returned without box Magnolias reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund and or store credit.
- Please note: ALL SALE Items are FINAL SALE; Any items purchase online on Sale or by using a Promo code at checkout may not be returned or exchanged.
- Other non returnable items include: Nail polish, perfume, lotion, hosiery, greeting cards, bath products and any other body products are Final Sale
- GIFTS: may be returned for an exchange or store credit (issued in the form of a gift certificate) only.
- If you used a gift certificate as a form of payment while online shopping your return will be issued with another gift certificate as these are redeemable for merchandise only.
- All returns that meet our requirements will be less the shipping cost, Both ways. Magnolias is not responsible for any shipping costs for any return or exchange items.
Returns & Exchanges Terms & Conditions
- Please note: Once Magnolias receives your returned item/s, we will inspect to assure items are returned by the above standards. Magnolias reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition of the returned item/s. Items that do not fulfill the full criteria above are subject to denial, and will subject to a sliding scale restocking fee of 20-50% based on the items condition upon receipt.
- Magnolias is not responsible for item/s lost in the mail so please, consider a tracking and/or delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package.
- Note that returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package here at Magnolias. We will notify you details regarding your return and or exchange process by email.
- Refunds are issued back to you in the form of original payment or by store credit, unless a gift certificate was used.
- The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees. We offer Free USPS Ground shipping, in the event of an online return or exchange the amount of shipping cost paid to ship item/s to you will be deducted from your return amount. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable; we do not accept C.O.D's.

Local Washington Customers: While we provide refunds for Non-sale merchandise that you've purchased with us online (since we know you weren't here to try it on!), we're unable to provide that refund in-store. If you happen to bring your online order back to us in-store, we'll be more than happy to help you select something to exchange it for or provide you with a store credit.
